My stay at The Falmouth Townhouse was a mixed bag. While the location was fantastic and the breakfast superb, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired, which was disappointing. The staff were friendly and the bed comfortable, but several maintenance issues made the experience less enjoyable.

The room had a stunning view over the harbour, but unfortunately, it also had damp spots on the wall and stained furniture. Despite being clean and comfortable, it felt shabby overall.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which improved my experience, especially during breakfast where the service was notably better. However, the initial customer service was quite rude, which diminished my overall impression.

While the bar area had a nice vibe, the overall cleanliness of the hotel needs attention. The bathrooms, while well designed, had some grime that detracted from the experience.

My stay at The Falmouth Townhouse was quite disappointing. While the charming decor caught my eye, the overall cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired. I really appreciated the convenient location, but the dusty and poorly maintained surroundings overshadowed the positives.

Rooms

The room was small and outdated with old-fashioned furniture. There weren’t even proper curtains, just a blind which made it stifling. I felt exposed to the noise from the bustling streets outside.
